Account Deletion Information
If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated data from our system, please follow these steps:

- Send an email to support@hapet.co.in from the email address associated with your account.
- Subject: Account Deletion Request

- In your email, provide your registered account details (username, email, etc.) to facilitate the deletion process.

Confirmation and
Processing
- Our team will confirm your request and initiate the account deletion process within 3 to 4 working days after verification.
Please note:
- Temporary deactivation, disabling, or freezing your account does not qualify as account deletion.
- For legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance, certain data may need to be retained by the app even after account deletion.
- We may retain specific information to meet legal or business requirements even after account deletion.
